I had about 25 extra pounds to lose and had a basic understanding of fitness and nutrition but I could not shed the extra weight. I met with Julie and after reviewing my diet, she made some helpful and meaningful changes. More importantly she explained why she was making the recommendations. She is judgement free and watches what you are eating and always has a positive attitude when she makes suggestions. Eventually she transitions you to understanding not just the food label but also the ingredients. I have lost almost half of my goal weight loss and have managed to do it for the most part not being hungry. I am confident I will reach my goal weight with Julie’s assistance. I joined Julie’s kettlebell club a little over a year ago. I had never done a kettlebell class in my life, and I am now hooked! I look forward to my classes in the morning. I get such a great work out. Our classes are via Zoom. Julie is able to watch that everyone’s form is correct and offers any modifications needed based on the individuals ability and/or physical restrictions.
